Melanie Melendez

Plant Manager - Warren, Michigan

Melanie Melendez currently is the Plant Manager at the Bridgewater Interiors manufacturing facility in Warren, Michigan. She joined Johnson Controls in 1997, and has been with Bridgewater Interiors since 2005.

In this position, she is responsible for managing all functional aspects of the plant.

Prior to this position, Melanie served as Operations Manager and Production Manager/Continuous Improvement Manager at the Bridgewater facility in Warren. Before that she worked at Johnson Controls in a variety of positions, including Quality Engineer; Six Sigma Black Belt; Cost Reduction Coordinator; and Quality Administrator.

Melanie earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management from Davenport University, and a Master’s of Science Administration degree in Manufacturing Engineering and Vehicle Design from Central Michigan University.
